Ridgeway Wagyu Dinner

We hope you can join us for a special event at Lobstar, where our guests will be treated with a 5 course dinner and a wine pairing specifically selected for the menu.

For the dinner we use premium Irish Wagyu beef from Ridgeway Farm in Wicklow. During the evening, John & Michelle Hourigan, owners of the Farm will speak about ‘the Ridgeway Journey’ as a special touch of the event.

Date & Time: 06/11/2024, arrival at 19:00, sit down for dinner at 19:30

Price: €169 /person, including food and wine pairing
